For a healthier drink choice,I decided to trade my morning coffee for a homemade, delicious
smoothie.
This smoothie drink pictured contains strawberries, watermelon, banana and pineapple with a pinch or
two of coconut.
Ms. Sassy’s Truly Basic Smoothie Recipe
3/4 cup +1tsp of Oatmilk
3/4 cup of any type of fruit or fruit/veggie combo
1Tbsp of Chia or Flax seed(optional)
Blend well. Drink and enjoy.😀
