Often we get frustrated and or disappointed about situations with other people in our personal lives. We
too readily internalize these situations causing anxiety, depression or some other type of emotional
disorder. Before long if we are not careful emotional bankruptcy will develop. Going from disorder to total
bankruptcy takes place when we no longer have it in us(will power) spiritually to deal with all the let
downs, disappointments, chaos, confusion and or mess that often affect our emotions. In order for us to
“stay winning”, we have to first and fore most take care of ourselves. Eating healthy, exercising regularly,
resting, consistent prayer/meditation and engaging in a hobby or purposeful work are some of the ways
we can care for ourselves. The more we make these things apart of our daily routine the stronger we will
become in different areas of our life. Only then can we make the right connections to and with other
people and build lasting social relationships. Through our example others will learn how to stay winning
as well. Over time the focus will be on winning so much losing becomes an after thought. In life we are
going to win and lose. But when your wins out number your losses their is victory in what you’ve gained.
Until next time my friends, Stay winning………………………………………………………………………………………..
