For a quick lunch under thirty minutes, I used 1 bag of grilled chicken breast, 1 ginger garlic stir fry kit and some jasmati rice.
First I put the rice to cook as directed. Then I stir fried the seasoned chicken and vegetables. I did add onion, garlic, black pepper and cayenne pepper to the pot with the chicken and vegetables. When the chicken and vegetables were done I added a really tasty garlicky/ginger type sauce and mixed together well.
I sat down and enjoyed a very delicious meal at home. Leftovers were refrigerated for another day.
