One of the best ways to stay healthy is eating nutritious, home cooked balanced meals regularly. Due to
the busyness of some of our lives it may seem more feasible to order meals using today’s popular food
apps. Don’t get me wrong. I’ve periodically ordered out(1 or twice a month) myself, but mostly grocery
shop and cook meals at home.
My tips for Easy Meals Under 30
1. Always keep fresh or frozen veggies on hand.Note- Fresh Vegetables can be cut up and frozen for later use if spoilage is a concern.
2. Stock up on quick side fixings such as pasta, rice, potatoes, etc that can be cooked in at least 30 minutes.
3.Ground meat, Sausages, Beans and other meat alternatives add flavor, color and texture to any simple side dish. Also cooking times may vary from 30 minutes to less than 1 hour.
4. Make enough for left overs the next day.
