Today’s rainy day was perfect for making, delicious homemade muffins for the family.
I decided to make chocolate chip and blueberry muffins because not only are they my two faves there were enough ingredients to create these the most.
The recipes for both are listed below. Special thanks to my good sis @ Ronnette Mckinnis-Hill for the baking tip, much appreciated.
Chocolate Chip Muffin
3/4 cup milk + 2 tbsp
1/3 cup oil
1 brown egg
2 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Mix ingredients together and add 1/3 cup of batter to each muffin tin.Bake at @ 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
Blue berry muffin
1 1/2 cup self rising flour
3/4 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of oil
1 bown egg
1/3 cup of milk + 2 tbsp
1 cup blueberries
Crumble top:
3 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
Mix ingredients together in a bowl.Use cooking spray for muffin pan and add 1/3 cup of batter to each muffin tin. Sprinkle brown and white sugar mixture atop, before placing in oven at 350 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
