I was really in a baking mood and used a few bananas that were going mush on me. It did seem the
perfect time to create these delicious muffins.
Recipe
31/2 c organic white flour
1 tbsp + 2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 c granulated sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
4 mashed bananas
1 3/4 c almond milk
1/2 c canola oil
3 organic brown eggs
1 1/2 c crushed walnuts
Wet and Dry ingredients. Combine in separate bowls and then mix together.Pour in baking pan or cups. Bake at 425 for 5 min. Then 350-375 for an additional 20-25 minutes. Let cool.Pop out and enjoy.
