Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 cup fiesta blend shredded cheese
2 brown eggs
3 tbsp chopped jalapeños
2 cups bread crumbs
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp old bay seasoning
Plan
Mix wet and dry ingredients in a seperate bowl. Blend together. Add rounded shaped balls to a pan of heated canola oil. Cook until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
Enjoy as a snack or alongside fried fish and potatoes.
