Lemon-Butter Garlic Baked Flounder

There is nothing more healthy and or tastier  than enjoying a lovely home cooked meal you  have prepared or dining with a close friend. I decided to bake flounder and serve it along with creamy rice and  veggies.
Baked Flounder
Ingredients and Plan
1 lb flounder
black pepper
salt
paprika
garlic powder
parsley
lemon zest
lemon juice
melted butter
Pre-heat oven to 400
Rinse fish and towel pat dry.
Season fish  on both sides and place on sheet pan.
Drizzle with butter on both sides as well.
Place sheet pan in oven uncovered and bake for 15 min.
