Sassy Napturalista’s Fiery Rotel Dip

 Recipe

2 lbs Ground Beef (seasoned)

Velveeta Cheese Block (32 oz)

2 cans Rotel( diced tomatoes and chilis)

A few dashes of Cayenne Pepper

Brown seasoned ground beef in a pan, drain and set aside. Cut up block of velveeta cheese and add to separate pot for melting on medium heat. Once cheese is melted, add seasoned ground beef and both cans of rotel undrained. Stir. Then add a few dashes of cayenne pepper and stir again. Let simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Turn off stove. Dish up bowl of dip and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.Enjoy.😋
