Lemon-Chamomile Tea With Cinnamon Bark

Purpose- Soothes irritated stomach, mild ulcers and acid issues

*** For Cinnamon bark, You will have to crush or chop before use.

Recipe Lemon-Chamomile With Cinnamon Bark Tea Infusion

1/2 tbsp Lemon Balm leaf

1/2 tbsp Cinnamon Bark

1 tbsp Chamomile flower

1 cup boiling water

1-2 tsp Agave nectar or Raw honey

Instructions

Add dried herbs/bark to the cup of boiling water

Steep 15 minutes or up to 4 hours

Strain

Add honey or agave nectar as desired

Keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours
